- Maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious meals, drinking water, exercising, and getting good sleep.

- Surround yourself with supportive and positive people.

- Find a stress reliever that suits your lifestyle: playing with your pet, taking a walk, using a journal or even a quick meditation sessions (Headspace is a great app for this!)

- Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it --- seeking help is a sign of strength, not a weakness.
